SHIPPING RATES
Free delivery in Hong Kong & Macau with all orders over HK$300. Orders under $299 in value are charged a flat rate of $30 / HK$35 to Macau for delivery. All delivery in Hong Kong is handled by SF Express unless with special request.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Returns: If you have an item that you wish to return, please write to us on our Contact page or call +852 9627 8701 within 7 days of receipt. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Exchanges: Oi CARE will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless due to company error. You must email us at info@dearcares.com or call +852 9627 8701in advance.
